Oyster Steady allows you to hold the oysters in place while preparing them with toppings and then placing the trays in ovens, wood ovens, weber style kettles, closed lid barbeques or even under a grill. This makes Oyster Steady a truely versatile oyster cooking system.

Then once your oysters are cooked, the trays can be used to serve on the table.
